TheNCER-D2ET, driven by Luxembourg’s research ecosystem, is coordinated by the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) with the support of R2M Solution.
It gathers leading national expertise from LIST, SnT (Uni.lu), and LISER, and works hand in hand with key energy actors such as CREOS and ENCEVO.
